I've recently discovered bubbies thanks to this forum
I've polished off the jar and now I have the juice left. Honestly, I could just drink it up like that
but I was wondering if anyone had any other good uses for it.

TIA!

I can drink it too, and have.
I think it's OK to drink in sips, but more than that gave me immediate digestive reactions similar to reaching Vitamin C bowel tolerance (which, after research, it probably was). Now I keep the jar around and just have a couple of sips every day when I get home from work, before dinner. Soooooooooo tasty.

It's great for digestion! Taking it right before meals is perfect.

You can also use it to start another batch of sauerkraut. I always like to add some sauerkraut juice from the last batch since it seems to make the batch develop a mature complex taste sooner.

Make a homemade batch of kraut and use it in the brine--YUM!

My very *best* fermented veggies have come from re-using brine from a previous batch--kick starts the cultures and adds yummy flavor!
