I am so tired of water water water. I occasionally have carbonated water with a splash of juice or some lemon or lime. I am a former diet coke junkie so I am sorta lost. I don't want all the added calories and sugar of, say, lemonade, but I also don't want crystal light or something else that will be bad for baby.

So, what are you all drinking?

Water has become my bug $$ item lately because I too am so bored with just plain. Some of my favs:

Pepermint Water - don't know the brand but it is all natural and unsweetened, SO refreshing

Vitamin Water - only certain ones though becase some have caffeine
Fruit Water - any of them

then plain ol water with either lemon juice or fresh lemon helps too

Plain water, sparkling mineral water, and 100% fruit juices. I know I should probably cut back on the juice, but it's just good some times!

Water with cucumber slices in it- very thirst quenching.
I like Fruit Water too- grape tastes like Kool Aid to me.
Yogurt smoothies (we make our own using frozen sliced strawberries and organic vanilla yogurt- YUMMMMMMMMMMM)

Welch's organic grape juice- another YUMMMMMMMM lately- great frozen into popsicles too.

Organic apple juice
Peach nectar
Caffeine-free orange pekoe iced tea- I usually drink this sweet (I am from the south after all) but I prefer it unsweetened right now

When I'm queasy, ginger ale, hot peppermint tea, or, (gulp) caffeine-free Coke.

Oh, and Milk. Yep, plain ole 2% cow's milk. I do buy organic, but I crave lots of milk while I am pregnant. It has to be ice cold and very fresh too.

Frozen grapes are good too lately and I've been craving lots of watermelon. Those aren't drinks, but they do have a lot of water content, so I thought I'd include them!

Ugh I hate water. One of the things that makes me ill in the first trimester. But I drink it diluted with a bit of decaf tea, herbal tea, or green tea. Sometimes I add lemon slices.

I need to try the cucumber water! Sounds yummy.

I drink mostly Aquafina, occasionally fruit juice mixed with water. I stick mostly to water though. A drink that I really enjoy, but don't splurge much on is the new Special K water. It has 5 grams of protein, only 50 calories, and is flavored with real sugar (much better than all those other flavored waters that have artificial sweeteners!). To me it kind of tastes like grown up kool-aid. It really helped my ms when I was at the worst point with it. I found that my body usually needed one or both of protein and sugar (I have kind of low blood sugar and I haven't been craving sugar at all this pregnancy, so sometimes it gets too low and makes me more nauseous.) The Special K water would take care of both of those needs.

Honestly, that's all I drink. If we go to a restaurant, I usually order lemonade, but that's the only time I splurge on that. (I can't stand our city water, so I have to order something besides water.)

At first I was super sensitive to sugary stuff, so water was it. I can have a wee bit more now, but I still worry about my tummy.

I have had some of those Kellogs K2o drinks (protein water, 50 calories), raspberry leaf tea, fruit smoothies, and snapple peach iced tea. I bought some white grape juice weeks ago but haven't opened it. I also have pomegranate and raspeberry that I love, but I thought maybe it was bothering my stomach so I am afraid to drink it.

I am fairly dehydrated I think. Not dangerously so, but I am definitely not taking in what I should yet.
