breakfast is my favorite meal and I eat hardy, here are a couple of "sample" bf's of mine
2 hard boiled eggs (breakfast pork slices or other thinly sliced meat that needs to be cooked and is fat trim (NOT BACON)
1 slice of toast((bagel or english muffin) with honey or apple butter.(can't have peanut butter while nursing since ds is allergic, but 1 TBS sunbutter (made with sunflowers) is yummy alternative)
1 apple ( or pear, nectorine, few slices of cantalope/melon or tomato)
before ds I ate either cottage cheese or yogurt too but he seems to react when I eat those.
black coffee or green tea and water
NOW on a rushed/lazy day I'll eat
1 cup cornflakes
1/2 cup rice milk
apple/banana ect
coffee/tea/water
in your case I'd keep a stash of hard boiled eggs, "breakfast meats" that need to be cooked up like those think pork slices, beef roladine (sp) slices, chicken tenderloins and eat about 2-3 oz max (2-3 hard boiled eggs or 2-3 slices of meat) skip the carbs, eat a fruit, have a dairy(if you can) and drink your water and add flax seed to your yougurt
