Curious (yep I am on a roll), what you eat and take in a typical trying to eat TF/NT way?
Is there anything you ALWAYS take or eat no matter how bad the rest of the day might have been?
I try to get in my CLO/BO caps every day no matter how I ate. It's the one thing that has "entrenched" in my brain. I am working (withing a budget) towards being mostly "perfect".
