I'm a little over 36 weeks pregnant and today I have a new "pain" to go along with all my other miserable last month pregnancy aches and pains. I feel a bit crampy down very low. It's hard to explain, but it really feels like constant dull vibrating menstrual cramps down very very low. I've never had this with my previous pregnancies and am trying to figure out if it's some form of Braxton Hicks, or maybe it's just me being in pain because the baby is SO low and filling up that area of my pelvis so much. I've been having pretty bad hip pain lately to go along with my pubic pain and I'm also thinking it might just be the pain radiating back between my two hips or something. It's sort of like a vibration constant pain.

Am I making ANY sense at all here????
Anyone else had this before? It's so strange....

Also, baby feels SO low like he/she's just curled it's whole body up in a tight ball down in my pelvis!

Omg, there definitely must be something with the stars because I am also 36 weeks pregnant and experiencing the same thing, and I actually just came on here to post that question! I also never had Braxton Hicks contractions with my previous pregnancy so I'm wondering if this may be them....

I am looking forward to the replies!

I remember having a sort of crampy feeling at the end of my pregnancy with dd, after she settled into my pelvis. It would come and go, but it wasn't labor. She was 42 weeks!

I've been having the same thing! I'm almost 34 weeks FWIW.

For me they feel like awful, horrid AF cramps, like the kind you get the first day of your cycle that make you want to lay in bed with some Advil and a hot water bottle yk?
:

I checked myself, and I'm certainly not dilated and there aren't any cervix changes for me, so I'm chalking it up to BabyKoz being super, INSANELY low in my pelvis and well, just my body doing whatever it needs to, to get ready I guess.

Glad to know I'm not the only one.

Well I've been fine the rest of the say. I also never had Braxton Hicks with my DS, I was 2 cm at 41.5 weeks and my OB kept asking me if I had felt any cramping, anything? And he was amazed I had felt nothing so far. So maybe it was a BH, so say they hurt and some say they don't.

My baby dropped this week, and I have noticed dull cramps during and since that time that I was not experiencing for months. Must be preparation ? There's so much going on down there. One thing that is REALLY annoying now is that he feels like he's not only on my bladder, but he's ON my urethra. I don't know if that's possible, but I've been having pain right on my urethra (not UTI pain), like I can feel his head there.
