I know this is a somewhat redundant topic on here but when I went to purchase sunblock today for 7mo Dd, I became overwhelmed with all of the choices and just wasn't sure which was best. I am a big fan of Burts Bess products but it just seemed that there were so many ingredients, many of which I didnt recognize. So my questions are 1) what good/bad things should I be looking for and 2) what do you use and why?

I'd love to know the answer to this as well. I have seen California Baby recommended frequently - but I've never had to pick out sunblock for someone else!

UV Natural. I won't use ANYTHING else.

Oops. Sorry, I got excited and forgot to reply to the why's. HAHA!

1. I dislike ANYTHING chemical, or a big long list of things I don't know what they are, so I always make sure I look for familiar ingredients (and of course natural, and safe for my baby, as well as being effective in it's intended purpose).

I've heard good things about California Baby as well, but I MUCH prefer UV Natural. Cal Baby has too much "stuff" in it for my preference.
