Just wondering what you all use for detergent, and if you add other things like baking soda and/or vinegar and why.

I use sensi-clean & that is all.

I use all free & clear or tide free (2nd choice). When stripping natural fabrics, I will use Borax, as well, since it's not harsh like oxy-clean or bleach, and works nicely to help remove smells/detergent build-up.

I use Tide Free and I add baking soda and vinegar. Before I used the baking soda and vinegar our diapers would occasionally stink really bad after washing now they don't. Tide Free is the only laundry detergent that doesn't cause problems with our sensitive skin. (We have very sensitive skin over here, when I find something that doesn't cause a rash I stick to it.)

I use Bio-Kleen with not a problem! I also use TTO and baking soda (we have soft water). Working great so far

We use 7th generation and add vinegar to the rinse every couple of washes.

We used to use Tide Free (with baking soda and vinegar every few washes) but our hemp started stinking really bad, so I switched to Sportwash. The stink problem has gone away.

Does anyone know of a good place to buy Sensi-Clean/SportWash in bulk or at a good price? I don't have a Walmart near me or else I'd check for Sportwash there... and I can't find it online.

I use sport wash. It is great. It has a caustic reaction for some people, but not for us...

I use Ecover. I haven't had any problems yet!

We use Tide powder

initial cold soak with baking soda
hot wash with Tide
2 rinse cycles, one with some Tea Tree Oil in a Downy ball.

we'd been using tide liquid but ran out the other day, so we're trying out arm&hammer detergent and baking soda powder. two loads of dipes so far and it seems just fine.

I just tried the sensi clean. No reaction here but my hemp was stinkier. Has anyone had that happen? Did I do something wrong?

I use Tide with bleach on everything

Once a month roughly I throw in a ball of RLR, we were one of the people who had the caustic reactions to the sportwash/sensi clean. To answer the stink smell, our stuff had almost a metallic kind of smell. But no real stink from the sportwash.
