Here is an updated pic... the last pic of DS's baby teeth!

His bottom two teeth are slow coming in though. They started coming in crooked and are straightening out as they grow. The weird thing is they were both tilted to the right, which makes me think his lopsided head the first year of his life (plagio due to torticollus) affected them. Oh the things we've overcome!! His head is perfectly round and his jaw and palate do not seem at all lopsided so who knows what that's all about, maybe just the different growth rates of the teeth underneath? There is plenty of room, so hopefully by the time they are fully in they will be straight.
: and giving lots of eggs, seafoods and raw dairy.

Wow, thanks for sharing! It is great to hear these success stories!
I wanted to share that my daughters bottom teeth were terribly crowded and she had a huge overbite. After starting her up on blue ice CLO several months ago, her bottom and top teeth are almost meeting perfectly! She just turned 2. I guess it doesn't take long for children to heal.

WOW. The bottom 2 pictures of the collage and in the "first day of school" picture really show how his spacing has increased. He looks glowing with health.

In preschool and kinder, the dentist told me that I would need braces. My baby teeth were very crooked and he said their wasn't enough space for the adult teeth. I was even sent for an orthodontist consult when I was 6. We had a horrible diet by WAP standards, but we probably did eat more fruits and veggies than many people, and I was BFed for 12 months. My adult teeth came in perfectly. I never needed braces. I think my bottom teeth are probably a little tighter than is optimum, but they are spaced out enough that it is easy to floss. Unlike my DH, whose teeth were straightened with braces, my teeth are remaining perfectly spaced. DH's teeth are crowding together again.

I'm going to be doing cranial-sacral with the kids for quite a while probably to help encourage the kids' jaws to widen and their palates to come down (both have high, arched palates).

That's cool! For some of us, when there's more going on, it takes longer and it may take addressing the underlying health issues involved (if it's more than just nutrition). So for anyone not seeing such quick results, consider what else may be going on that could be slowing things down.

Oh, but there is more going on. I eat great, and so goes my daughter, but she has leaky gut, and her teeth came in very late. I think there was calcium absorption issues. She still has other mild LG symptoms, but it is so good to see that the CLO is working. The healing has been slow.

Just had a very interesting conversation with a fellow WAPF member whose son went through the same Ortho we have an appt with next month at my dentist's office....

This ortho pulls selectively baby teeth in order to help the adult teeth grow in straight. It worked for my friend's son, his teeth came in perfectly. (He's a kid that came to WAPF style of eating later in life.)

Kinda freaked me out though! I will definitely be requesting info and reading more about it.
