Weird question, but I was just wondering. I've never (to my recollection) bothered to explore my cervix and what it feels like. I did today, out of curiosity, and my first thought was, "THAT's my cervix?! It feels like a penis!"

I was just curious. And decided to post here since you ladies probably have the most cervix-feeling experience with cervical positioning and what-not for TTC.

the way it feels changes throughout the month

today it's almost nonexistant for me... but i'm also scheduled to o either today or tomorrow... by this time next week it will be quite hard.

I like to think of it has the tip of your nose when its medium and sorta earloby like when its soft.

It is so funny that you say this. Before I started TTC I decided to check my cervix just to see what it was...and couldn't find it. I actually can't find mine for most of my cycle. The first time I checked and it was low and firm I thought the same thing you did! I am still new to the whole thing and now trying to figure out the open vs closed stuff.

Er, I coundn't find mine so I stopped trying. Thought my fingers were too short or something
