The only things I can think of are a tour of the Fire station and Holiday themed craft programs and puppet shows at the library (if you can get reservations).

A store in town sets up a cool train set in their store and pipes holiday music outside their store.

The town has a holiday stroll. It basically encourages people to spend their money in town. Santa is available for pics but ONLY for those who spend at least $50 in a store.

The library has some sort of holiday festival but it's mainly for toddlers/preschoolers.

Also we have a photographer in town that will do family portraits for free ...I think you only have 15 minutes and one picture...but he is really good....normally a session would cost $500.

All these things are done by businesses etc to help families that wouldn't have alot to do for Christmas....everything has to be free.

Oh....and I know that a restuarant in town has a FREE Christmas dinner and free gifts for families. It is very generous of the owner.
