DS (about 20 months) has taken an interest (or toddler obsession) in my teas. I am just wondering which ones are safe for him to drink and which ones aren't - anyone know where I can find out??

I know chamomile and mint can be used for colic, so I have let him sip some of those (once it is lukewarm of course!). And I'd think that fruit based teas would be fine too - But what about decaf green tea? Which ones should I avoid letting him drink?

TIA!

nettle is great b/c it's high in iron
elderflower is an immune booster
lemonbalm has calmative effects and is anti-viral
