i would like to make my kids sweet dreams pillows.i've heard of lavender,and chamomile.any other good ones to add?how much to put in?is there any chance of my kids being allergic to the herbs,or having a reaction?thanx for any ideas or input.<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/winky.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Wink">
