... in diapers? Not brand but the type of elastic, size, etc.

I use "swim suit" elastic 3/8" mostly. You can get it anywhere (Joann's, hancock's, Wal-mart, etc) and it is natural in color. Supposedly it is supposed to stand up to water better than others. You can buy it by the yard, or prepackaged.
