Just wondering -- what veggies /fruits should be introduced first? I suppose one starts with veggies first-- what veggies? I know of sweet potato but nothing else. Please let me know. And what fruits in the fruit category.

I don't think it really matters whether you do fruits or veggies first. I would just stick w/ beginner fruits and veggies for a little while at least - they tend to be lower on the list of common allergens. Do each new food for at least 3-5 days to watch for any reaction. There is no one set order of foods, you will find that different sources have different recomendations. Some good ones to start with are sweet potatoes, bananas, avacados, squash, pears, applesauce, and then move on to things like green beans, peaches, carrots, white potatoes, etc. Here are some links:
http://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/so...rst-foods.html
http://www.wholesomebabyfood.com/sol...al%20guideline
http://www.askdrsears.com/html/3/T030500.asp
My DS first's foods were Avocado and Banana. We also did squash, sweet potatos, apples and pears later on.
I think the biggest thing is waiting at least 3-4 days between introductions.
