This is bugging me cause I can't figure out what it is. Maybe I am nuts, and maybe it is something simple-lol... My uterus is above my belly button, by a few inches. Right around my belly button area, there is a raised area. It is not my skin. The location goes up and down when I inhale/exhale, have a braxton hicks ctx, etc, So i am assuming it is on the outside of my uterus? It is a horizontal line about an inch long. It feel raised and bumpy, almost like a really deep scar. Its not the baby, cause it is always there. I have felt it there for a while, and at first i thought it was just some organs getting squished up by my uterus, and sort of folding and making a little crease... Do I sound crazy? Does anyone know what this is? It is not painful to the touch, but pressing into it feels kind of twingy (on the inside)

Might be a fibroid sitting outside of your uterus, but without an ultrasound it'd be hard to tell for sure.

Does it feel like an abdominal separation?
Also known as Diastasis recti.
Maybe a hernia?

You might want to see a HCP.

Does not feel like abdominal separation, it is from side to side... Gosh, and since I posted this I keep trying to feel it to describe it better, and I can't

do you have a birthing care providor? it seems like it worth asking about. even if it's not dangerous, that is what ya pay them for, right?
