[Mama Poot]

I've seen this word used here on MDC and I have NO idea what it is. Can someone explain this to me?

Although it will be quite a while before my boys are "school age", DH and I are heavily considering homeschooling them. DH has worked in the public schools since he graduated from college, and knows inside and out the pitfalls and shortcomings of the whole institution. In fact he's so fed up with it he's no longer working in the public schools and is will be working towards a higher degree so he can teach in college. Blah- anyhoo what is unschooling?
