Is there something going on? I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks, and they are just ignoring me. I ordered a mei tai about two months ago. Anyone know? I just want a refund at this point. I am so annoyed. I do not want to have to report or file a claim if there is a legit reason for ignoring me. Any insights?

i have no idea. i know she had a miscarriage months ago and her popularity has skyrocketed. maybe those are factors. maybe she's totally overwhelmed. i bought a carrier from her last fall and got it very quickly. since her business has grown. you aren't the only one to complain though - i've heard it on other boards.<br><br>
if she is overwhelmed i think she should take a break. money isn't worth it i think. i know kelly from kozy carrier had to hire a seamstress to help her. maybe stacey should too.<br><br>

I have no clue. She did move not to long ago and has been swamped but I'm not sure why she wouldnt be responding to Emails. Let me see if I can hunt her down for ya, I'm sure she doesnt want any un-happy customers and is probably doing all she can.

OK , her sister has taken over EB for the time being. Stacee is taking a needed break. They are getting orders out as fast as they can but it takes some organizing when you switch so hopefully will be at full running and caught up soon. Looks like by next week all backorders will be out. I'll see if we can direct her here so she can give ya a pm or something. Hope that helps!
