I don't remember this from the last time....all of a sudden I have tremendous painful pressure under my ribs, and I can hardly eat a thing. I got a total of one hour of sleep last night and that was purely by accident, propped up sitting on the couch. When I lay down it gets much worse. Any ideas? At first I thought it was indigestion, or something working its way through my digestive system, but its been 24 hours now.

Maybe baby feet wedged in there? I haven't a clue, but it sucks!

Gall bladder and liver are both issues that can cause that. I'd recommend making a phone call to see your CP too. It could very well be baby feet or indigestions, or like me, a pinched nerve (I have a numb/painful spot under my right boob along my ribcage). That kind of thing is on the list of "when to call your midwife" that our midwives give out. And since it's not something that is super common so you should probably check it out and see.
