What is your dream workout schedule? Ah... if only dh didn't have to work!

Monday:
Bike 17 miles to a 90 minute Ashtanga class (dh picks me up
: )
Tuesday:
90 minute masters swim in the am
90 minutes Ashtanga yoga in the pm
Wednesday:
90 minutes Ashtanga yoga in the am
Run 4.5 miles in the afternoon
Thursday:
90 minute master swim in the am
90 minutes Ashtanga yoga in the pm
Friday:
Run 4.5 miles in the am
90 minute vinyasa yoga class in the pm
Saturday:
90 minutes Ashtanga yoga in the am
15 mile bike and 3 mile run in the afternoon
Sunday:
90 minutes Ashtanga yoga in the am
