What is your gym workout routine?

So, I joined DH's gym. I'm 33 and realize that being "naturally fit" no longer applies. I'm just more rounded and doughy that I am used to LOL. Plus, DD2 recently weaned, and I've put a few pounds on. Here's the thing, I have no idea what to do at the gym!

FTR, I have quite bulky muscles, so I'd like lean muscles, if that makes sense. Too much weight-lifting really bulks me up. I am getting flabby in the regular areas (my butt is jiggling way too much lately, and that's not a sensation that I enjoy) and my upper arms have that flab to them (I am studying to be a teacher and the prospect of writing on a chalkboard is causing some anxiety LOL).

So, how often do you go to the gym and what do you do there? What is your mix of cardio and weight-bearing? Do you do any "maintenance" at home between gym visits?

1 - 1.5 hrs of vinyasa style yoga almost daily. in my living room. and i teach randomly (sub yoga teacher). i can't afford to take classes too regularly but i subscribe to myyogaonline.com and they have some videos online. i build muscle when i lift weight too, so i stick with yoga b'c then its only your own weight and you sweat alot. some gyms have yoga classes if you've never tried it & want to. i also just go running if i only have a half hour or something.
I think muscles are sexy.

I lift weights 3 times a week for about an hour a pop. I run about 20 miles a week (mostly treadmill), spin or bike outside twice a week 15 miles or so at a time, swim 2 times a week (45 mins to an hour) and take kickboxing classes twice a week.

Oh yeah, muscles ARE sexy
.

I lift weights 3 times a week and do probably a total of an hour of on purpose cardio, and then all the general business with 2 kids and gardening, cleaning, running after them on bikes, park play, etc.

ETA: Woman really don't usually get "bulky" muscles. Many woman think they do, but they enough fat on top of them that they don't actually see just the lean muscle definition. If your legs jiggle and are soft, then that is not bulky muscle, its muscle AND fat. So you need to lose fat WHILE continuing to build muscle so that as your fat sheds off you can see the nice firm definition.

MWF I do 20ish minutes of sprints or treadmill dance (yes, I know I look like an idiot, but it's fun and effective). Then I do about 40 min of weight lifting. TR I go to a yoga class for an hour.

Every morning I do a Tracy Anderson dance cardio or mat video before work, they're about an hour a piece.
when i was in college i did: 30 minutes on treadmill, 30 on the bike, 10 on eliptical, 10 on stair stepper and a few toner excersizes x3 a week.

Now, 27 and just joined the gym a couple months back, i do 1:05 on the eliptical and 10 minutes on the bike x4, a week. I occasionally mix it up and do 10 on the treadmill or something, but the eliptical burns the most calories w/o running and is pretty low impact and not too boring...I've been seeing pretty good results, with the exersize and loosely following Eat to Live and lost 10 pounds this past 4 weeks. Once I get closer to my goal weight, may probably add in more weights, right now i just do them sporadically, and cut down on the cardio.
