I have four novels that I need to read and I can't decide which to start with! I know I need to read The Red Tent. I have been meaning to for a while, but I have so many books I want to read just as badly!

Why not a couple at once? Thats what I ususally do so that I can pick up whichever one I am in the mood for at the moment. <br><br>
Or just go 'eenie-meenie-miinie-mo' since they are all good choices.<br><br>

The Red Tent is one of my favorite books ever! I actually never read it though. I listened to the unabridged audio book a couple of years ago while packing to move. I voted the Time-Traveller's Wife. The Red Tent was a fast and entertaining read, but parts of it really annoyed the heck out of me.

The Time Traveller's Wife is one of my favorite books of all time. I couldn't get through The Red Tent.

I vote Red Tent. Being a Christian you may find somethings a little off. But the book is a great story. And a look into the lives of women that show strenth and friendship. I loved the book for just that!

Put one in the bathroom. Get Harry Potter 6 on tape from the library and play it while you do housework/jog/drive to work/insert similar activity here.<br><br>
Then pick one of the others as the book you're actually reading.

I read the Time Travellers Wife and was not overly impressed. It just didn't ring "true" to me.<br><br>
If you're going to re-read HP6 you might as well wait a little and read it right before #7 comes out.

they all seem worthwhile (which means you are cool and I should know you!<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/winky.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Wink"> ) but i voted for the time traveler's wife. It was a hard one, though. and i'll second sapphire chan's idea of keeping one in the bathroom. lately i've been keeping one in the bathroom and then, when i finish my "other" book, i put a new one in the bathroom and the bathroom book becomes my "other" book.

There really aren't any bad choices there! But I've got to go with Bleak House, because it's one of my favorite books of all time. SO engrossing, SO entertaining, SO funny and sad and moving.
