i stopped taking all of mine to see if my nausea would improve (it did) i will probably slowly add some back in a week or so and possibly change to a different brand
Okay, I'm skipping mine tonight, but I'm generally taking Rainbow Light Just Once Prenatals for a vitamin. I'm also taking a Passionflower extract (alcohol-free version) for blood pressure. I'm trying to add in Fish Oil capsules, too, but haven't gotten that down yet.
I take the Rainbow Light also. + a prenatal tea with nettles, hibiscus, RRL, etc...<br>
I take fish oil sporadically when I remember. Trying the homeopathic Silicea for mood swings.
prenatal, 2000mg of fish oils, 1000mg calcium/400mg vit D/500mg magnesium (for high blood pressure) with phytonutrients<br><br>
I've been trying to drink this berry greens drink but it is FOUL tasting!
I'm taking a generic prenatal and I did have some DHA given to me by my mw,but it's gone now.I bought some fish oil but wasn't sure how much to take, 3000mg is good?
hammy, honestly 3000mg is probably a lot. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> I think the actual suggested dose is like 500-1000mg. I just take 3000 because it helps me manage my mood and I feel much better when I do.
