<p>i new to tf and was wondering what temp and where do you soak your grains and raw milk to make cream cheese and whey?</p>

<p>Room temperature is generally fine unless your home is extremely cold--cold slows down the natural building of bacteria in the milk so it will still happen, it just takes longer.</p>

<p>For grains and legumes, take a look at this procedure, it works well at room temp (it's just about rice but I've started doing it with beans and it seems to work the same way)....</p>
