I'm feeling lazy after reading the "what did you do today" thread so I wanna know if I'm the only one here who sleeps in.

It's usually 6.30am but since you didn't have that as an option I put down 6 in the poll

I have to say about 10ish. That is also when my children wake up. But then, we are night owls so we stay up late. I enjoy sleeping in in the morning.

I chose 8. It can be as early as seven , but never later than nine.

Kids wake around 6am, dh tends to them since he's getting up for work anyhow and I get up around 7.30-8am.

I'm usually up between 7:30 and 8:30 (well, baby usually wakes up earlier to nurse, but I don't get out of bed until later)

I usually get up between 6:30 and 7:00 but lately dd has been getting up earlier and earlier. This morning it was 5:00.

: I voted 11 am because it was smack in the middle of 10 and noon. It varies, sometimes I am up earlier but unless I am sick I don't sleep past noon.

I'm usually up at six, today I was up at 4:30 but only because baby and I have an ugly cold at the moment and I gave up on sleep. I don't think there is any right or wrong time to get up, it solely depends on your family and your needs. Personally, I need some extra time in the morning to myself before everyone wakes. On the days I can get the extra time, I seem much more productive and in a much better mood.

Baby tends to wake up by about 5:30 and DH and I alternate a bit on who's turn it is to deal with the wee hours of the morning. I need to be up by 7 though so DH has time to get ready and get out the door. Neither of us are morning people so it's a pretty grouchy house. I'm making mental notes to remind myself how lucky I am when they are teenagers and I'm practically pulling them out of bed at noon.

It was much easier with just DS1, nursing in bed would keep him asleep for hours and there was no other kid there forcing me to worry about morning schedules. DS2 on the other hand is an "eats to live" kid and if he isn't particularly hungry then no amount of pleading on my sleepy part seems to work.

Boy am I glad I'm not the only one! It completely depends on the day, what we have going on, and of course how late dd sleeps, but it generally ranges from 9.30-11.30. Noon has happened upon occasion. :

We're just not morning people in this house. Then again, all of you 6am-ers probably can't imagine your dc's going to bed at midnight or later, I'm guessin'.

Lol, no midnight bedtimes on school nights for sure! My dh is a night owl and when there is no school, the kids have been known to stay up at midnight or later. Either way, I get up. I'm just a major morning person, I always drove my parents nuts when I was growing up. I had to wait in bed until the sun was up and it was torture, lol.

When my dh is home, we all get up when he does, which is about 5:45.

He's been traveling for work the past few weeks, the baby dropped his morning nap, and we've been sleeping in until about 7:15 since Christmas. Ah, it's heaven. LOL
