I plan on attending the Expo on Saturday and I'm taking the metro there. Normally when I go into DC I wear my baby in my moby wrap b/c it's just alot easier to get around than with a stroller. My problem is I want to buy a sling and I want to try them on and I can't really do that with a wrap on but I don't want to bring a big clunky stroller downtown. I have an umbrella stroller and I think that would be pretty easy but my baby is 3 months old and whenever he is in it people tell me he shouldn't be in it because he is too small! AHHHH I don't know what to do, I've been racking my brain for days. Can anyone help?

My first thought is that if you are at a stand at the expo and want to take off the baby to try on another sling that the owner of the stand is probably a baby lover and will have no problem holding your baby for you while you try on your sling. Or they may just have an area in the stand where you can lay the baby. I would think just by the nature of this expo that most stand owners will have an easy solution for you. I don't think you'll need your stroller if you don't normally take it down to DC with you.

I can say as a vendor that we would be more than happy to lend an extra set of hands. My youngest is 18 months and 34 lbs, so I love the chance to hold a little one <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">
