I’m a first time mom, due in May sometime. Husband and I got a doula for a hospital birth which I’m…very hesitant about since doing a lot of research so I’m half way hoping baby comes out at home with the doula. I just want to be me and baby, no one rubbing baby off vigorously with towels or shoving things up his nose and mouth.
what do I do if the baby comes out, and is not breathing and or crying? I’ve watched free birth videos and there the moms voice and body seems to comfort them enough to start crying. Are there any free resources out there where I can learn about what to do in emergency situations like that?
