Hi, all. I purchased some diapers from a MDC mamma through the trading post. I paypal'ed the money to her at the beginning of March. I still have not recieved the diapers. After a month, I contacted the mamma and she assured me that she had shipped them. She also indicated that she had bought insurance so to let her know if I didn't recieve them. After another 2 weeks, I e-mailed her and she promised a refund. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have no heard anything back since then. So, what should I do? Post negative feedback? Wait? It has been over 2 months which I think is sufficient.

Contact TNRSMOM right away. Shes the mod for this forum. If the package was insured, it shouldnt be a problem getting your money back.<br><br>

I hate it when this happens. I have been burned once, and never got the stuff or the money back, even though I contacted the mod.<br><br>
AND, it has been 5 weeks since I paid for some diapers and I am still <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/whistling.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="whistle"> waitin'. So maybe I have been burned twice!<br><br>
You should be able to get a refund if she got insurance!
