OK, in a fit of trying to go more TF, I bought a box of organic mixed sprouted beans (aduki, mung, lentil, and chick peas). Other than just throwing them into a salad, I'm now having trouble figuring out what to do with them? I don't know why this seems so foreign as I eat beans all the time, just not sprouted... Anyway, would appreciate some suggestions. Thanks!

Roll them up in some sliced meat with cheese for a snack? Put them on top of crackers and chevre? I think I would just put some oil and vinegar on them and eat up!

I love mine in a salad w/ mixed greens, cottage cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds, red onion, sprouts, and whatever else is in your fridge or yard. Top w/ a favorite dressing or a splash of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon and devour w/ a sesame cracker to help shovel it in!
