Besides freeze them? I got them from my mom and don't know what to do. Any yummy ideas?

I froze tons of blackberries last summer, and use them in smoothies and such... and make jam out of htem occasionally when I run out

Pies are another good idea though

I'd probably make jam and BBQ sauce with them and be sure to freeze some. Nothing like ripe frozen berries during the depths of winter.
