I do refreeze my necks. I place them all in one pyrex container in the freezer and add them to the other bones when I go to make chicken stock.
what to do with a defrosted chicken neck?
I have one chicken neck. I know not to refreeze it for various reasons. Should I make a teeny tiny batch of stock with it? Like a weak stock, and then freeze that? I get one neck at a time with my chickens. The necks are attached and all my chickens are frozen. Should I make a tiny weak stock every time and freeze them?
