I've found myself in the possession of a couple frozen mackerel and I'm not quite sure what to do with them!
I love fish and seafood, and have been trying to make a conscious effort not to buy it if it's from some far away place. These are local and cheap! My two favorite qualities.

Now what do I do with them? I assume I have to defrost them (for how long? in the fridge?) then gut them? And then what!
