I read throught the articles on feeding a toddler on WAP, but am a little confused as to how much and what to offer at each meal. Should I offer grains, protein, vege, and fruit at each meal? Anyone know of a great meal plan website to help me sort this out?

Also, it says to soak or sour leaven grains, lehumes, nuts, beans and seeds. What is the easiest way, and is there anything else I should know? I am soaking rice tonight in lemon juice(I think I'm doing it right), do I have to cook them right away or can I store them after soaking?

And one more, how do I make broths and flour? I never made either one and need some how to advice.

Ok, one more....any good tips/advise for child nutrition?
