I wear yoga pants, or running pants that fit snug so they don't fall down while running or bending, a sports bra, and a tshirt or tank. And running shoes.

I wear anything from yoga pants to capri stretchy pants to tight or baggy shorts and t-shirts to tank tops. I usually try to just be comfortable and depending on what you are doing, you want your clothes to make it easy for you.

I like to jog, so I don't like clothes that are to baggy otherwise they will catch on my arms and legs and drive me crazy. I also like to have layers so that I can stay warm when I first get there and when I leave, but not while I am working out. I recently found some great exercise socks, they let your feet breathe so much better than regular cotton socks, so those would be nice if you can get them.

Bring a water bottle too!

I hope you enjoy your first day! I LOVED our YMCA when we lived in the states.

usually knit fabric capri pants cuz my legs are too short for regular athletic or yoga pants, sports bra and athletic (quick dry) tank or snug tshirt.
