I am really trying to make better choices at the market, but the one thing I am really concerned with is the softness of recycled toilet paper! I am guilty of using Charmin and I don't want to use anything scratchy. I hate to be so picky about this, but I am willing to try a more earth-friendly brand.

What do you like? Seventh Generation is about the only one I've seen at the "regular" supermarket. Anyone like that one?

I can also go to Whole Foods or Trader Joes.

Thanks!!!!

I just bought several brands of recycled toilet paper to do a "comfort" test. I'll let you know our results!

Seventh Generation is good. In the restroom at work we have Main Street brand, which as far as I've seen is only available by the case; it's also pretty good.

My experience is that if you just bite the bullet and switch brands, you will get used to a slightly rougher texture, and then when you're at someone's house where they have Charmin you'll be disgusted by its fuzziness.

I use plain old Angel Soft, because its the cheapest one at the grocery store. Us 3 girls rarely use toilet paper (we mostly use cloth baby wipes), so guests use our toilet paper if they come over.

There is another natural brand called Green Forest that might be one to try out, if you are lookign for a natural toilet paper other than 7th. Generation.
