I am getting the kids some blue ice CLO but it will need to be flavoured for them to eat it so they are easy. I then need to work out what kind to get for me. I can get fermented CLO or fermented skate liver oil. The skate liver says it is good for cartilage problems but I am not sure what the advantage of fermented CLO would be over regular CLO. Does anyone know or take the fermented CLO themselves?

We take it! We have been taking Blue Ice Fermented CLO for a while now. My 3 yr old and I take the unflavored, my DH takes the Cinnamon.
Can you all just take the same CLO?

My understanding is that the fermented CLO has vit. K in it, from the fermentation process.

ah so the fermented one would be good for things like spider veins. I decided to try it anyways as, for some reason, I always think the fermented version of anything will be better! It hasn't arrived yet but I will be very interested to see how it goes with all of us.

Sparkle*Mama have you noticed any benefits from taking the fermented CLO?
