I am getting the kids some blue ice CLO but it will need to be flavoured for them to eat it so they are easy. I then need to work out what kind to get for me. I can get fermented CLO or fermented skate liver oil. The skate liver says it is good for cartilage problems but I am not sure what the advantage of fermented CLO would be over regular CLO. Does anyone know or take the fermented CLO themselves?
