I think it's turned... not sure about topstitching so it's not a Firefly. Fuz dipes have 2 vertical rows of snaps people

Well considering the ONLY front snapping diapers I own and the ONLY front snapping diapers I buy are Fuzbaby.. it looks like it to me :LOL
