Ok so I could be over anxious, read on and let me know!<br><br>
I ordered a newborn CD package from <a href="http://www.naturalbabies.com" target="_blank">http://www.naturalbabies.com</a> on February 6th and I did get an invoice that same day for my order and my credit card was charged the next day<br>
I have heard no more from the owner and the website says orders ship w/in 24-48hrs that package deals take a few days more<br>
OK so since last week I have sent 3 emails requesting status on order and have heard nothing back<br><br>
what would you do at this point??

I just placed an order last week and got an automatic invoice. Then a couple days later got a e-mail saying my order was shipped. Did you get that second e-mail? Maybe she hasn't shipped it yet, if that is the case then I'd ask for a refund if that is what you want. I'm really suprised she hasn't responded to your e-mails. I have always had great service ordering from there.

I never got an email saying it had shipped and nope I have not heard back from the three emails I've sent, thats why I dont know what to do at this point<br>
the package was a great deal so I really want it but am getting frustrated!<br>
dont know how I'd get a refund when I cant get an email response ):

Colleen is a fantastic WAHM with a long standing reputation. I would give her a few more days. Have you tried alternate emails? Maybe she went away for the holiday week? I have always had nothing but great service from her.

ok good to hear positive response about the seller<br>
Maybe she is out of town for the holiday or something<br>
I did try two different email addresses<br>
I will give it another day or two and then try to call the Michigan phone number<br>

I don't think so, the e-mail I got about mine shipping was on Saturday. I think it was Thursday when I ordered. Maybe she had been gone though and is still catching up.

I just got my order last Wednesday after ordering on Saturday afternoon from Natural Babies. Colleen is fabulous. I would give her the benefit of the doubt. Email again or call the number on the website. Maybe she's having a family crisis?????? I've always had excellent customer service from her and I've been ordering there for 2 1/2 years. I always turn to her first for the basics.<br><br>

SHe does have a great reputation, when I ordered form her, jeeze, 5 years ago, I just got the automated response, and it took a while to get my stuff, but I never did get an email saying it had shipped...I'd definiely give a few more days, and hopefully she'll get back to you soon. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">
