you were next in line to get the 24 hour diarreah (where's the spell check?!) and vomiting bug? DH and DD both started with diareah then vomiting. DD has it now. Would you try to eat yogurt or take probiotics? Fruit only? or Veggies only? I am just waiting for it to hit me! Help!
TIA

I did eat raw garlic, but I don't know why. I just know it has antibiotic properties. However I wasn't sure if that was good for this bug.
Bremen, sorry you've got it. Here is how I eat raw garlic and I love it.
Toast your favorite bread, slather it with butter, use a garlic press to squeeze out the garlic. Then, spread the garlic over the toast. Sometimes I eat a sandwich like this and just add the meat, cheese and tomato.
Oops...you probably don't want to hear about food right now. Sorry. Feel better soon.

Oh no!
We were vacationing in Chicago when DH got it. We spent the whole time in the hotel. Then drove 9 hours home. Thankfully dd didn't get it until we got home. Now we are leaving on an international flight Monday. If I get it I hope it come and goes before monday!

Oh man I hate airplane bathrooms! Sorry for you!

I'd probably drink a lot of broth and kombucha and take extra vitamin C and echinachea (both help with general immune response) and eat however much I felt comfortable eating. Remember that theres' no guarantee that you're going to get sick at all- boost your immunity enough and you might be spared.
