candida quick cleanse

ds is almost 2 and I've been wanting to do a cleanse for years but I've been either pregnant or breastfeeding.

I have read some info that suggests no cleanses while nursing but others state that toxins are mostly secreted through sweat and urine and that breastmilk isn't really affected.

I'd appreciate some opinions.

I wouldn't cleanse while BFing.

I wouldn't cleanse during bf either. The only suggestion I have is to use dandelion tea and milk thistle for a mild cleanse and eat only whole foods.
