Whatcha cookin' for Easter/Passover?

Just curious to know what others' traditions and/or plans for Easter or Passover meals are. We don't really have any; DP is from a Jewish background and I'm from a Christian background, but neither of us are religious and our families didn't do much. I'd like to do something, but not sure what.

There will definitely be chocolate : -- and next week, lots of egg salad.
