So...on the tails of various other threads, what's everybody eating these days? Hmmm? The good AND the bad :LOL
I usually have a couple eggs for breakfast, a cup of joe, and maybe 1/2 a bagle, Dal soup for lunch (i am obsessed with it!) and a huge salad with beans, veggies etc, or some tofu product and rice. If I miss a meal I usually have a protien smoothie, and if I need a snack, its almonds or bavarian pretzles. I have been drinking tons of water b/c I have been SO thirsty!
