Yeah, I'm pretty sure either my doula explained about not wiping, or I figured it out pretty quickly. The area is going to be swollen and very tender. FYI in case you decide to take a look at it too. I was interested to see what it looked like down there after giving birth...and well...it looked like I had given birth. It was a little scary. But just wanted to warn ya, cuz I know some women look and it totally freaks them out. It all goes back to normal though. Especially with the help of the peri bottle solution and frozen witch hazel pads.
