I have had a weird rash on my face for almost a month. I'm about to decide it's "just stress" and "just hormones," but I'm afraid it's some kind of deficiency (or excess) and my body is trying to tell to eat/not eat something. First I thought it might be too much vitamin A or the rosemary extract in my high vitamin clo, but I stopped taking it for a while and no change. I thought it my be might soap, but doesn't seem like it. I've taken sepia, sulphur and belladonna--no effect. I put lavender oil on it last night, and it looked better to me for a minute this morning, but then my sister said it's the worst shes ever seen. I don't eat dairy or gluten and haven't had any. No new foods since it started. I don't think it's pollen because I had it in South Carolina 3 weeks ago, but it started here the week before. i have been without chocolate for over a week, so it's not that.

Anybody else get it (at the end of the first trimester I guess, about when my milk seemed to really diminish)? Hormones? How to fix it? any ideas appreciated!

Could it be chloasma?

I've got a strange little rash under my nose. I went to the dermatologist today and she had a big fancy name for it. She said it's something similar to excema. She gave me a script for a topical antibiotic and steroid but I doubt I'll put anything on it until after I have the baby. Good luck!
