Well, as disgusting as I find the selling of vaccines over the internet to the general public - this is an <i>animal</i> vaccine. I would imagine that those interested in this vaccine would be dog breeders or those with a farm. It's a little different than selling expired vaccines meant for humans.

Also only 3 states will except it. 37 states you can't ship it to. The others you can buy it, but the state doesn't recognize it as being given unless by a vet. So pretty pointless for dogs and cats.<br><br>
I would say, yeah it is only beneficial for farmers/ranchers. My dad gives antibiotics and vaccines to his livestock (mostly the horses) by himself. It is expensive to have the vet come out for a silly shot or to have to take the animal in just for a shot.

Many farm supply companies carry them in their stores. It is a much better way of tracking. I get our Dogs Immunizations there, but to offer it to anybody for God knows what is a horrible idea. You don't really know who is buying it or what it is for.
