The squash is about the size of a football. Don't know what it is or what to do with it (I have 2, plus what I think is an acorn squash) Any recipe suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know what particular squash you have, but I usually just split them, scoop the seeds and bake till tender. Right before you take it out of the oven you can add some butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. We have about five different mystery squashes right now, I have no idea what kind they are but they all face a similar fate in my oven. Good luck, hth.
