They arnt as absorbant as they were & what can I do??

I only have All detergent in the house, and when I wash diaps I only put a very small amount, barely a dribble, could this be my problem? And if so what can I buy to wash them with.

I rinse them twice and in the rinse cycle I've been putting in vinegar to get the amonia smell out of the diaps. I either line dry or if thats not possible I put them on air dry in the dryer.

ETA:
: also what does "wicking" mean?

Maybe they need a good stripping? I have NO idea how to do that but other's can tell you.

Wicking is usually when your diaper wicks the moisture to the outside in an AIO or when your wraps wick around the legs or waistband.

You may want to try stripping them. Sounds like you are doing everything right! I haven't had to strip mine, but when I do strip my FB I just put about 1/2 tbs of Dawn in the laundry. Others may do it different, but that has always worked for me. Just make sure you do even on extra rinse since that the Dawn tends to be harder to get out of dipes than regular detergent.
