Here it is Sunday evening and as usual, I'm having a low time. I'm always worn out and dreading the coming week on Sundays. Sometimes I get "mini-panic-attacks" at this time, and I often feel whiny and clingy. I'm such a procrastinator I have always found myself working on boring stuff like homework or laundry at the last minute, so for as far back as I can remember Sunday evenings have been my hardest time.

Evenings are hard in general b/c I feel exhausted, but there is something about Sundays that always makes me feel particularly doooowwn. Just wondering if anyone else notices low times and when they are.

Sunday evenings are hard here to. As well as early afternoons. I have very busy mornings, go to class, dd is at preschool, I work, etc, then get her at noon, come home needing to do 1000 things, and just shut down. It has helped now that I have given myself permission for a 30 minute nap. Come home, dd and I lay down for 30 minutes, then I can get my sulking out, and carry on!
