I have an 11m dd, I work ft, and pump like a champ
: . All is well. BabyM has no intention of weaning, nor do I. I do, though, plan on quitting the pumping at work thing at the end of this month. I have bucketloads of milk saved.
She nurses at 5:30 before I go to work, she takes 10 oz. during the day with the DC provider (an angel, I tell you! she even wears dd in a sling!), and usually twice more before bed, at around 4:30 and then again at 7 or so. She sleeps all night...maybe 8/10 nights, but if she does wake up, she nurses as much as she needs.
When we are home together, she nurses 5 times or so, maybe more. Rough times are usually like 5:30, 9:00, noonish, 3, 6:30 and just before bed.
My question is this:
What do your nursing days look like?
I just want to make sure I am doing the right thing.
As she gets older, I am venturing in to unchartered territory, since my ds was weaned at 9 mos (don't get me started about the guilt I feel over that!).
So, please, do tell...what's your "nursing day like??
