Hands Down! The Garden of Eating Diet cookbook
I cannot find one recipe that we do not LOVE.
No sugar, no wheat, no crap. I love this book and call it my food bible.
It is a produce dominated diet cookbook.
When you get it, try the squash pudding pie. This is what we have for breakfast MANY mornings in the winter. It is soooo good. THe chocolate mousse recipe is killer too!
And the tomatillo chili, we eat that one very often. I serve it over baked sweet potatoes.
I could go on and on about this book!
