Anyone have a good wheat free recipe to make fresh pasta?<br>
Maybe using rice , millet, buckwheat, spelt or other flours?<br>
Spelt may work since it has gluten, but I tried it with rice and it didn't work out well. It needed a ton of eggs to hold it together, but we are allergic to eggs so only dh ended up having it for dinner.
